a) Please contact us only by phone if you are speaking the german language. Otherwise you should use our contact form or you contact us directly by email.

b) We can give you the delivery date and the manufactoring time after we know how much you want to order. There is no minimum order. You can also order only one product if you wish. You can be a privat person or a dealer. If you are a dealer then please register in our log-in area.

c) Please use the email-contact form for orders.

2. Note:

a) We are only accepting bank transfer. No credit cards, because we dont have a contract with credit card companys. First time you should always pay ahead. It is possible to pay us after you have received the products, if you have bought some products before at atb.

b) You are accepting our terms and conditions (AGB´s) and FAQ Points if you make an order at atb.

3. Service:
