ATB Terms and Conditions:

I. Scope:

The terms and conditions are relating on buisness activities between ATB, privat persons and dealers.

Privat persons, Dealers and Companys are declared as Customers in the terms and conditions. ATB means Aquarium Technik Burian.

The following informations are including the details for delivery and payment.

II. Offer and contract:

1. The offers of ATB are non-binding and without obligation.

2. Measurements, Weights, Pictures, Sketches and other documents are under protection of atb. All the data are only approximate.

2. ATB must confirm your orders. Otherwise your order is not vaild. Normally we confirm your orders by email or phone.

III. Service:

1. You will accept that your order is only valid if ATB writes you a confirmation.

There you will also see when we can deliver it. You can cancel your order if the product or products are not ready until this date. You can not cancel your order if you are agree to a new delivery date.

2. Withdrawal from purchase: This is only possible if ATB has made some mistakes with a product or a defect occurs on it. It is possible to repair a product if a customer destroys a product. The price depends on the defect of it.

IV. Place of fulfillment:

The place of fulfillment is the place of ATB.

If anything happens during the delivery then ATB can not be promised. Such things must be clariefied with the transport companys or the insurance of it.

V. Payment details:

1. We only accept bank transfer. We dont accept credit cards because we do not have a contract with credit card companys. Normally you should pay in advance. It is also possible to pay after you have received the products. But first you should have made some order before. If you pick up the products directly then you can also pay cash.

The delivery costs are depending on the amount of your order. There is no minimum order.

2. The prices are visible on the website of ATB. Customers can see their prices on our website if they are not logged in. Dealers can see their prices in the login area. Special manufactorings must be negotiated.

VI. Delivery time:

1. The delivery time is always depending on the amount of order and the current situation of orders from other companys or customers. Also special constructions can take more time than other things.

2. ATB can not be promised if the transport company does not deliver you the products in time.

VII. Ownership:

The products remain the property of ATB until the complete payment is done.

If you do not pay in time then ATB can charge you fines. The last step would be to sue.

VIII. Final determination, applicable law, jurisdiction:

1. You are accepting that we are using the austrian laws for our buisness activities.

The Jurisdiction is: Sankt Poelten, Austria.
